Help us improve our digital support service by answering the survey.

We collect customer feedback from customers who have received digital support guidance in Helsinki City Libraries, Service Centres, City Community Centres, the Helsinki Finnish Adult Education Centre and the Helsinki Info point at Oodi. Based on this feedback, we will improve digital support for city residents.
